Crystal Mana Cancellation Policy With compassion, clarity, and mutual respect At Crystal Mana, we understand that life ebbs and flows schedules shift, unexpected things come up, and that’s okay. Our goal is always to hold space for your healing while also honoring the time and energy of our practitioners and other clients. This policy is rooted in love, boundaries, and fairness, so everyone feels respected and supported. 48-Hour Cancellation Notice If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to open that time slot to another soul who may be seeking healing. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, a 25% fee will be applied to help cover the space that was reserved just for you. Your payment info is safe. We use secure, encrypted systems to keep all card details private and protected always. If we already have your card on file, the fee will be processed automatically with care. If not, we’ll kindly ask you to settle it before your next session. Please note that pre-paid sessions cannot be carried over or applied to late cancellations. ❌ No-Show Policy If you miss your appointment without any notice, that is considered a "no-show." In that case, a $30 fee will be applied. As with all payments, this is processed securely and respectfully. Pre-paid sessions are not transferable to missed appointments. We understand mistakes happen if this ever happens, reach out before. We’re human too. ⏰ Late Arrivals We deeply value your time and the time of those who come after you. If you arrive late, we’ll still hold space for your healing, but your session may need to be shortened so we can stay on schedule. The full session fee still applies.
